Presently we accept cash on the day or online bank transfer beforehand. For group bookings we require a 40% deposit due 60 days before the scheduled tour.

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour. For cancellations made between 48 to 24 hours, we provide a 50% refund. Cancellations 24hrs or less - no refund.

Tours run rain or shine, but in the event of severe weather, we may reschedule or offer a refund. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any changes due to weather conditions.
