You can pay for your tour with cash on the day or via online bank transfer beforehand. For group bookings, we ask for a 40% deposit 60 days before your tour date.

If you need to cancel your tour, we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations made between 48 to 24 hours before the tour, we provide a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.

Tours run rain or shine, but in the event of severe weather, we may reschedule or offer a refund. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any changes due to weather conditions.
